In yoga for instance, it’s important that we are both Yang (strong, steady and stable) and Yin (calm, relaxed and adaptable). We cannot be in balance, in harmony, in yoga, without the opposite. Together, we are one.

If you’re still not sure, I know how you feel. Just about every body type has walked into our booth and tried on this muscle tank. Here’s what I’ve learned:
Straight/Slim body type with wider shoulders and/or narrow-ish hips, trust the size you normally wear
Curvy/fuller mid-section, bust and/or hips, choose one size up for the best fit
TIP: for an even more accurate fit, measure a similar shirt you love by laying it out flat and then compare it to this chart.
