Design:

“Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim.” The second half to this quote reads, “The better the practice, the brighter the flame.” These are the inspirational words of BKS Iyengar, Yogi and author of so many of the books that have lit the way for so many of us who practice or teach, specifically, “Light on Yoga” & “Light on Life”. Yoga has been a constant in my life for over a decade and these words are my reminder that my practice and teaching is what lights me up. May it do the same for you.
